All over the world, governments are delaying or watering down their decarbonisation policies after pushback from communities who feel left behind. This session will bring together unions, industry and government representatives to discuss how built environment decarbonisation initiatives can tackle or exacerbate inequality. Taking inspiration from six global visioning art pieces, we will discuss just transition recommendations which ensure inclusivity and accelerate climate action.
