Description:
A decarbonized and resilient built environment is urgently required to minimize the impacts of climate change on communities. However, the society critically lacks built environment professionals and public awareness to realize it. In line with GlobalABC's mission and vision for the decarbonized and resilient building and construction sector, the session will share how different organizations accelerate the decarbonization and resilience works in the building sector through offering holistic education/upskilling programmes, establishing guidance and databases, and promoting relevant practices. These projects and initiatives increase the industrial/social acceptance and capacity to combat climate change.
