The European Real Estate Institute (EREI) is a think tank network established in 2010 in Italy. The Association's activities are focused on Sustainable Urban Development, Housing and Land Management, Smart Cities, Real Estate Markets, Property Evaluation, Buildings and Constructions life cycle, Energy performance in new and existing buildings, Green Finance, PPPs. EREI is committed to promote sustainable development, research and innovation in line with the UN SDGs goals. |
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS

The European Real Estate Institute works in cooperation with public and private sector, NGOs, academia and experts to promote initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens. In this context, cooperation with the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GABC) will be able to create synergies aimed at promoting initiatives as well as the dissemination of documents of interest for stakeholders. |
