MAIN GOALS - GENERAL ACTIVITIES - FIELD OF EXPERTISES
The Ministry is responsible for implementing and monitoring the government's policy on environmental protection, urban sanitation, and sustainable development. On energy, the Ministry is preparing and implementing government policy on renewable energy, development and promotion of green technologies, and the reduction of energy consumption together with the Minister of Oil and Energy.
