Session Description

This panel discussion will explore the critical role of mass transit systems and the transition to zero-emission transport solutions, drawing on perspectives and case studies from developing countries, across multiple regions. Through a keynote presentation and dynamic discussion with guest panellists, representing government, the private sector, civil society, finance, and multilateral organisations ,the session will address two key elements of the COP Presidential agenda: transitioning away from fossil fuels in transport, and building resilient urban development, mobility, and infrastructure.
