
The next International Passive House Conference will take place at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, on 2 - 3 April 2027.
In line with this year's conference motto "Energy efficiency unites" the conference emphasises that high energy efficiency is crucial for a successful, socially equitable energy transition that unites people instead of dividing them.

About the conference
The International Passive House Conference brings together renowned experts and innovators from all over the world who strive to advance energy efficiency in the building sector. The conference offers a wide range of networking opportunities, while the insightful lectures, interactive workshops and inspiring building tours enable the conference participants to share their experiences and to learn from each other.
Become a speaker at the conference
There is an opportunity for the public, researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to participate in the conference by submitting proposals through the open Call for Papers process. Applicants can submit an abstract outlining their proposed presentation, select the relevant thematic area, and provide supporting information, including speaker details and a short biography. Submissions are reviewed by the conference’s Advisory Board, with selected contributors invited to present their work and contribute to the conference proceedings. The deadline is 31 August 2026.
