Description

To achieve inclusion in cities, meanwhile tackling climate change, there is a need to acknowledge sustainability from a lato-sensu standpoint - considering its trade-offs and short and long-term consequences. In this sense, the session aims to address the reinforced contribution of local governments to ensure dignity to those facing vulnerable situations, and resilience to its territory through built environment solutions. The discussion will spotlight both small and large-scale examples of interventions and will raise awareness of equity and climate vulnerability.
