Description
Buildings can benefit from nature-based solutions (NBS) to deliver their services and can contribute to the achievement of a global goal to be nature-positive by 2030. Bringing more and more diverse nature to buildings and their infrastructure is crucial to addressing joint challenges of climate and biodiversity loss. This event features dynamic presentations from different practitioners and a panel discussion highlighting a diversity of local to international perspectives on buildings key challenges, opportunities and pathways for nature 2030. Which NBS can support buildings in delivering their services? How NBS can contribute to the achievement of a nature positive goal ? Are there enablers to make NBS more attractive and acceptable by the different stakeholders? This session provides different points of view on these challenges, with a panel of 5 speakers and one moderator.
