European Sustainable Energy Week: A clean, secure and competitive Energy Union
-

The EUSEW Policy Conference is held annually onsite in Brussels and online.

Rue de la loi - Wetstraat 170, 1040, Brussels, Belgium

The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) Policy Conference is Europe’s biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use. The 20th edition of the Policy Conference will take place in a hybrid format, both in Brussels and online on 9-11 June 2026, gathering policymakers, innovators and energy stakeholders to discuss innovations and the future of clean energy in Europe.

The Policy Conference is at the heart of EUSEW. Featuring dynamic and innovative sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders, these sessions focus on:

  • Clean energy issues
  • Highlighting new policy developments
  • Best practices
  • Innovative ideas

In addition to the policy sessions, EUSEW will also feature networking opportunities during the Energy Fair and the EUSEW Awards, celebrating the people, projects, and initiatives advancing Europe’s transition to clean and sustainable energy.

During the conference, the European Youth Energy Day will invite young leaders aged 18 to 35 to share their ideas for transforming Europe into the first climate-neutral continent.

Whether you are an individual, organisation, or energy expert, the EUSEW 2026 Policy Conference is an event that offers multiple ways to get involved:

  • Host a session: the Policy Conference is the stage for sharing new policy ideas, innovative technologies, and successful projects. While applications to host a session are now closed, we appreciate all submissions and look forward to engaging discussions ahead!
  • Attend in Brussels: the Policy Conference is open to anyone who is interested in renewable energy and energy efficiency in Europe. The conference offers opportunities to learn from experts and network with leaders.
  • Participate online: the event will be hosted in a hybrid format, meaning you can attend online if you are unable to join in person. This format ensures access to many of the conference’s opportunities.

You can also apply or nominate an outstanding individual or project at the EUSEW Awards, promote clean energy and energy efficiency by hosting a Sustainable Energy Day or apply to be a Young Energy Ambassador.

If you are contributing to a clean, secure, and efficient energy system, then the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is for you.

By attending EUSEW, you will gain:

  • Access to unique networking opportunities, connecting with key stakeholders.
  • The chance to gain exposure by presenting your work to main actors in the industry.
  • Insights into the latest energy policies, such as the REPowerEU plan.
  • An opportunity to inspire innovation to help achieve the EU’s energy and climate goals.

The theme of the EUSEW Policy Conference 2026 is 'A clean, secure and competitive Energy Union'.
