This will be a fun and interactive session, where you will be in teams of 5 stakeholders aiming to build the first Near Zero COP Building in 2030.

The 10 WLC recommendations are addressed to policy makers to consider and limit the Whole Life Cycle impacts of building, including circularity, data challenges, and resilience to climate change. Participants will be engaged with a policy game in teams where they will need to balance climate impact, cost and stakeholder interests to address a building related challenge. A moderated discussion will follow where participants discuss the challenges and perspectives to consider when implementing the recommendations.
