Date: 22-24 November
Join the Centre for the Integrated Delivery of the Built Environment (IDoBE) of the London South Bank University's (LSBU) School of the Built Environment and Architecture (SBEA) for an international conference on the theme "Uncertainties in the Built Environment: How can we build a resilient future in the new normal?"!
The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity to understand the challenges the built environment is facing during these uncertain times in different countries, mainly due to the pandemic and BREXIT, in order to draw up a sustainable and resilient plan for the future of the AECO industry.
The objectives of the Conference are to:
- Problematise the challenges facing the AECO industry during these uncertain times.
- Explore various research needs, discourse and impact that the uncertainties will bring to the AECO industry in the new normal.
- Explore the impact of these uncertainties on productivity, project performance and overall quality of projects; and
- Establish theoretical researches that research communities can build on to ensure a sustainable and resilient future for the built environment.
