E3G is an independent European climate change think tank with a global outlook. We work on the frontier of the climate landscape tackling the barriers and advancing the solutions to a safe climate. Our goal is to translate climate politics, economics and policies into action.
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
In the UK, we help to coordinate the Electrify Heat campaign, Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Group, and help to run the Green Finance Institute's Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings. In the EU, we work to accelerate the Renovation Wave, having recently assessed the buildings renovation content of Member States' National Recovery & Resilience Plans in partnership with Renovate Europe. Internationally, we build understanding of the political economy of cooling for and with the Clean Cooling Collaborative and the Cool Coalition, to help accelerate the sustainable cooling transition.
