ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
Econoler contributes to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy consumption in the built environment by supporting the development of energy-efficient and climate-resilient buildings. Its activities include designing and strengthening building energy codes and minimum energy performance standards (MEPS), conducting energy audits, identifying and financing energy efficiency projects, and developing innovative financing models to accelerate building retrofits and the adoption of high-performance technologies. The firm also provides technical assistance to governments, utilities, and financial institutions to implement programmes that improve the energy performance of commercial and residential buildings, lower operating costs, strengthen energy resilience, and support national climate and decarbonization objectives.
