ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
The Ordre des Architectes is actively engaged in supporting the ecological and energy transition of the building sector. It promotes sustainable and energy-efficient design approaches that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy consumption, resource use, and construction waste. Through training, guidance, advocacy, and collaboration with public authorities and organizations, it encourages architects to integrate environmental performance, energy renovation, climate adaptation, and resilience into building projects. The organization also supports energy audits, sustainable construction practices, and the development of low-carbon, resource-efficient, and climate-resilient buildings and communities.
