PEEB - Programme for Energy Efficiency in Buildings is a partnership programme between Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Agence de la Transition Energétique (ADEME).

PEEB is an advisory facility, combining the financial and technical expertise of AFD, GIZ and ADEME, making it available to partner countries to foster large-scale dissemination of energy efficiency in buildings.
