Our Foundation has set itself the task of finding 1000 solutions that protect the environment in a profitable way. We have developed a set of criteria against which our external experts evaluate solutions submitted to us. Those that meet the criteria are eligible for our support, which includes communications support and matchmaking with users, investors, businesses, etc. We do this free of charge and are not investing in these solutions, so do not have any special interest in one over the other. This project is the next step of the Solar Impulse project, which was an experimental airplane that flew around the world using only Solar Power.

The Solar Impulse Label is granted to innovative smart and sustainable building solutions that meet high standards of sustainability and profitability. Each solution goes through a strict assessment process performed by independent experts.
