GlobalABC particiapted in 'How Hotels can benefits from sustainability in their recovery plans', an event, organized by the International Tourism Partnership, which presented the financial, reputational, and regulatory benefits for sustainable design in hotel construction and refurbishment, and showcases the financial options available for green investment.

The buildings and construction sector, as well as tourism specifically, are heavyweights for climate change mitigation and resilience, and as the industry recovers from the global pandemic, now is a crucial time to recognise the value of sustainability and build back greener and more resilient for the future.

Guest speakers included Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction/United Nations Environment Programme, Hilton, International Finance Corporation, International Tourism Partnership and UN World Tourism Organization. The webinar is presented as part of 2020 World Green Building Week.
