MIPIM 2023: GlobalABC's engagement in the "Road to Zero" Stage
MIPIM

Established in 1990, MIPIM (Marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) is a 4-day real estate event to meet the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry. MIPIM brings the entire value chain together and gives unrivalled access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide.

This year, MIPIM is offering for the first time a conference stage on the low-carbon transition of real estate - "Road to Zero" stage, which will be located in the centre of the exhibition (RTZ area of 400m²).

Built in partnership with ULI, the Road to Zero Stage will cover the following topic:

  • Accelerating progress to a net zero carbon future
  • The latest trends in technology to accelerate to net zero
  • Connecting occupiers and landlord to decarbonise
  • Investment leadership
  • Building the business case for decarbonisation of real estate
  • How to establish a fair and just net zero transition

ULI has partnered with the WorldGBC and WBCSD to define the content of the "Road to Zero" stage. Together with ULI, WorldGBC and WBCSD, as well as other members of the BuildingToCOP Coalition, the GlobalABC is actively engaged in the content development of the "Road to Zero" stage programme.
