KT-Energy LLC provides consultancy and project development services in the areas of power, energy efficiency, and carbon emission reduction projects since 2010. We are also working on the application of modern IT technologies, including block-chain and deep learning, in the above-mentioned and adjacent areas.
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
In 2018-2020 KT-Energy was involved in the EU project on improving the performance of district heating systems in Eastern Europe – or KeepWarm for short – within Horizon 2020 program. Its objective was to accelerate cost-effective investments in the modernization of District Heating Systems in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2017-2018 the company prepared Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans for a period up to 2030 for two Ukrainian cities. Within its work over the Plans, KT-Energy analyzed cities’ infrastructure and energy consumption in residential and public buildings sectors, conducted energy audits of the key infrastructure sectors (residential buildings, public buildings, boiler houses), and identification of the main energy sector problems and energy efficiency improvement potential of the potential investment projects.
