MAIN GOALS - GENERAL ACTIVITIES - FIELD OF EXPERTISES
The Korea Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety's work is focused on increasing safety in the construction sector, an important social sustainability concern. It also developed a “S+ESG Management” which adds Safety (S) to environmental, social and governance (ESG).
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
Affiliated to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Korea Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety works on improving the safety of buildings. Improving resilience in this context will become critical given global warming and related natural hazards.
