Our services include sustainable built environments engineering consultancy, advocating for zero carbon/energy/water and waste as well as green building certifications from international bodies such as IFLI, USGBC, IWBI, etc., environmental studies and research, decarbonisation and circular economy strategies and assessments, corporate strategy and advisory, building physics and performance, WELL performance testing, sustainable data centres solutions, kitchen design, laundry design, waste management design, whole building and products life cycle assessments in addition to having an active role in providing training and participating in major industry related events within the region.
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
Climatize has delivered over 65 green buildings and masterplans in the GCC region addressing carbon, energy, water and waste management. We have proudly ensured zero energy and carbon performance buildings in various typologies ranging from commercial, data centers, and hospitality developments in addition to minimizing the carbon footprint, GHG emissions and resource impact across the entire portfolio of work. Moreover, our team of experts sit at various climate action panels, conduct webinars and participate in conferences and events to advocate on topics pertaining to race to zero, climate change, its impacts, adaption and mitigation policies as well as health and wellbeing, such as providing educational and awareness presentations and workshops at COP27. We are true supporters of the UN SDGs and have allocated a % of our revenue as financial grants to support high vulnerable regions and global crisis programs.
