MAIN GOALS - GENERAL ACTIVITIES - FIELD OF EXPERTISES

Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH - DENA focuses its efforts on the building, power and transport consumption sectors, as well as on issues relating to energy generation, storage, networking, and digitalisation. It realises pilot projects, advises politicians, manufacturers and service providers, qualifies multipliers, informs consumers, builds networks, encourages international exchanges and develops future scenarios.

To do so, DENA primarily focuses on market instruments and innovative business models. And it views the energy system as a whole because it is becoming increasingly vital to link the many different parts of the world of energy to each other.

ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS

The German Energy Agency is Germany’s centre of expertise for energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and intelligent energy systems. As the "Agency for the Applied Energy Transition", it contributes to the attainment of energy and climate policy objectives.

DENA develops solutions and put them into practice, both nationally and internationally. In order to achieve this, it brings together partners from politics and industry across all sectors - with an enthusiasm for one of the most exciting challenges of our time.
