MAIN GOALS - GENERAL ACTIVITIES - FIELD OF EXPERTISES

A4MT designs and implements market engagement and change programs for its clients. These programs are demand-based: they foster a desire for behavioural change in stakeholders and drive the adoption of new best practices, both individually and collectively. The goal is to make the low-carbon transition into a new standard that is desired and accepted by as many people as possible.

Currently, A4MT has 5 practices including:

ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS

Examples of programs contributing to reducing the buildings and construction sector footprint by A4MT:

  • Re-use Booster (Booster du réemploi): a collective action by project owners aimed at accelerating the prescription of reused materials in real estate operations, coupled with a digital tool for expressing demand for reused materials, "Looping".
  • Organization of a national (France, Cambodia, French Polynesia, UK) and Worldwide Energy Saving Championship (The CUBE Project). Studies with ADEME have shown that this competition is a revealer of the social dynamics at work on the subjects of sustainable development in general and energy efficiency in particular. This project was launched in 2023 in tertiary buildings and has led to the creation of several dedicated programs for schools, stadiums and arenas, cities, residential buildings, individual houses, and company car fleets.
  • BYCYCLE: at the crossroads of mobility and real estate, aims to boost the use of bicycles for home-work journeys by supporting real estate players in the renovation or creation of suitable bicycle rooms.
  • The PLUS project: Sociology, psychosociology, neuroscience, philosophy, design... During one year, A4MT has led an interdisciplinary working group to develop innovative techniques for arousing desire, identifying and removing the psychological, sociological and organizational barriers that all too often hinder the individual and collective adoption of new habits and more sober lifestyles. This project comprises a variety of different uses and sectors, including buildings use.
