ICBC 2025 Second Technical Meeting
| 09:00-10:30 and 15:00-16:30 CET

The second bi-annual technical meeting of the Intergovernmental Council for Buildings and Climate (ICBC) in 2025 will convene senior representatives from member states and observers in a closed-door online setting. 

 

Objectives of the meeting:


• Outlining the ICBC process moving on from the technical discussions to the ICBC Ministerial at COP30
• Discussing and agreeing on a way forward on a set of ICBC-endorsed/acknowledged products for COP30 — including the Belém Call to Action on affordable and climate-resilient housing and other contributions
