Developing and implementing state policy and regulations in the spheres of construction, architecture, urban development, housing and utilities; providing public services; managing state property in the spheres of construction, urban development, housing and utilities; as well as coordinating the activities of the Federal Fund for Promoting Housing Construction, the Fund for Promoting Housing and Utilities Reform, and the State Corporation for Building Olympic Venues and Developing Sochi as a Mountain Resort. The Ministry also engages in energy saving and energy efficiency in the housing and utilities sector.
